NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Mission Hills Community Services District will receive sealed bids for the Water Well #8 Drilling Project per the bid documents available at https://www.mhcsd.org/bid-opportunities. The work is drilling a 12-inch 640-foot depth water well for the community.

The successful bidder will be required to pay not less than the general prevailing hourly wage rates, as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations according to the California Labor Code.

Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk thru at the District Office at 1550 East Burton Mesa Blvd. on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Sealed bids must be submitted and received at the District Office before 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 7, 2025, where they will be opened and read in public.
