How to Open Your Account

Download and fill out the Application for Service:

Documents required:

• Application for service
• Copy of a valid ID

Submit the documents in one of these ways a few days in advance by 3 pm:

Note: You may be asked to be at the property when service is started.
If the water supply has been disconnected at your new address, and a District employee must come out to turn it back on, your presence may be required.
